My Side Quest

During the pandemic, I started East Side Cheesecakes, a small-batch cheesecake business in Los Angeles and embarked on an unexpected side quest that took me from selling cheesecakes in a parking lot in the middle of a worldwide pandemic to appearing as a featured chef at the Los Angeles Wine & Food Festival and the Los Angeles Times Food Bowl. LOL guys.

I am so grateful life served me with an unexpected crash course in entrepreneurship, creativity, and building a brand.
